"From Firebird Restaurant Group comes this casual local chain featuring Mexican-style fire-grilled sandwiches, tacos and knife-and-fork bowls with globally inspired flavors ranging from Tex-Mex and Asian to BBQ and fresh seafood. Diners can linger over a vast selection of mezcals in a warm-hued, contemporary setting with whimsical touches like vintage tattoo chairs and motorcycles."
"I highly recommend the Burnt Ends, which has house-made smoked-brisket bits commingling with
sautéed onions, roasted jalapeños, sharp cheddar and a sweet “gold” sauce. If you ask for a side of salsa, the sweet and spicy balance makes for bite after perfect bite … until it’s gone."
